With that confirmation, di judge talk say court dey satisfied say Kanu fit continue him trial. Justice Omotosho come give am six straight days — from October 23 — to open and close him defence.
Kanu lawyer, Chief Kanu Agabi (SAN), come also beg court make e allow dem hold private meeting with Kanu outside DSS premises, say dem fear DSS fit record their conversation.
Di judge grant di request but direct say the private meeting go happen inside courtroom between 9am and 12 noon on October 22, before trial go continue next day.
