The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) don announce say e go start new electric campus shuttle bus system for 12 pilot higher institutions by November 2025.

Echono talk say the new electric shuttle na part of President Bola Tinubu plan to improve student welfare, promote innovation and inclusion for schools.

“Students dey suffer many wahala and dey waste time waka for campus, especially those wey no dey stay inside school. From next month, we go start the electric shuttle service for some schools,” Echono talk.

He still explain say the project na one part of bigger plan wey include better hostel, steady light, and fine infrastructure wey go make education for Nigeria better pass before.

Echono talk say TETFund don already invest for student hostels inside 72 schools and dem go begin commission the buildings from December. Dem still dey work on research labs, digital learning, and renewable energy projects to raise education standard.

He add say all these na to support the federal government target wey wan make every Nigerian pikin get access to quality education through programs like National Student Loan Scheme wey NELFund dey handle.

For him own side, NANS National Secretary, Comrade Anzaku, hail TETFund for the plenty better work wey dem don do for schools, say many buildings and projects for campus today no go exist if no be TETFund.
