The fight wey dey shake the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) don enter new level as the camp of Nyesom Wike and Samuel Anyanwu carry fresh court wahala go Federal High Court for Abuja. Dem wan make court stop INEC from recognising the national convention wey PDP hold for Ibadan on top November 15 and 16.

The group bin no gree attend the convention wey produce Kabiru Turaki as new national chairman and new NWC members. According to dem, court don already suspend the convention before with different judgments and orders from October 31, November 11, and November 14.

But the Turaki people still go secure approval from one Ibadan High Court, come go ahead hold the convention, even expel Wike, Anyanwu, Ayo Fayose and others for “anti-party” behaviour.

BusinessDay gather say the new suit, FHC/ABJ/CS/2501/2025, never get judge and never get hearing date. The Wike camp dey beg court make e cancel the convention and everything wey follow am, including the expulsion matter.

Dem also dey ask court make e stop INEC, police, DSS and others from recognising the Turaki-led group as PDP officials, and make security people allow dem enter Wadata Plaza and Legacy House to run party affairs.

For him affidavit, Anyanwu claim say Turaki people try force themselves enter PDP secretariat on November 18, but instead of police and DSS to enforce court order, dem seal the secretariat wey belong to the “legit” officials.

Dem still ask court to rule whether anybody fit legally recognise the Ibadan convention when court orders still dey on ground.
