According to Oborevwori, the project match the present and future plan of the state and follow the M.O.R.E. Agenda well.
He talk say, “This ceremony show wetin we already know—Delta State dey open for business and investment. Every project wey we support must tally with the M.O.R.E. Agenda, and Cubana Millennium City na clear example.”
