Di deal come out during state visit of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to UK.

UK Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, describe di visit as “historic”, as e be di first time in 37 years wey any West African leader dey visit UK on state level.
During di visit, King Charles III host President Tinubu and im wife for big state banquet for Windsor Castle, where e praise strong relationship between both countries.
