“When we talked about digitalisation in 2025, some people see am as future ambition. But today, 38 ministries and extra-ministerial departments don begin operate secure paperless workflow system,” he said.

He say government institutions must become more responsive to citizens, while decision-making should focus on speed, accountability and transparency.
