Di proclamation also impose partial restrictions on 14 other countries, adding Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Benin, Cote d’Ivoire, Dominica, Gabon, The Gambia, Malawi, Mauritania, Senegal, Tanzania, Tonga, Zambia, and Zimbabwe to seven countries already under partial restriction since June.
