
The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) don remind all prequalified applicants say the deadline for submission of technical and commercial bids under the 2025 Licensing Round na Friday, June 12, 2026.
According to the Commission, all bid submissions must reach the agency on or before 4:30 p.m. West Africa Time (WAT), in line with the guidelines governing the 2025 Licensing Round.
NUPRC urged all qualified companies and investors participating in the exercise to ensure say they complete and submit their applications before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
The Commission noted say the 2025 Licensing Round remains a key part of efforts to attract fresh investments into Nigeria’s upstream oil and gas sector, boost exploration activities and increase hydrocarbon production.
Industry stakeholders have shown strong interest in the exercise, with both indigenous and international operators seeking opportunities to acquire and develop oil and gas assets across the country.
NUPRC advised interested applicants to visit the official licensing round portal for further information, guidelines and updates regarding the bid process.
