Otti yarn dis one on Monday when he receive JNCI Managing Director and CEO, Clare Omatseye, and her team, wey come brief am on progress of the redesign, reconstruction and equipment installation for the facilities.

Furthermore, the governor express satisfaction with the level of work wey don go on so far, adding say government dey also restructure the management of ABSUTH to improve efficiency.

“I dey happy say we don make serious progress. At the same time, we dey rejig leadership for ABSUTH to make everything work better,” Otti talk.

In addition, he direct say all necessary documents make dem ready for signing immediately, stressing say he no go tolerate any delay. He even add say contractors fit work round the clock if necessary to meet deadline.

Moreover, Otti explain say the decision to centralise advanced radiography services for ABSUTH na to ensure better coordination and maximum impact. On the other hand, Amachara and Umunnato hospitals go serve as top-level specialist centres to support ABSUTH in delivering quality healthcare.

Earlier, Omatseye praise Abia State Government for the ongoing reforms in the health sector, noting say improvement don show for primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare levels.
