For hearing on Thursday, di judge warn say no party must take any step wey go make di final judgment useless. He warn say if anybody try use self-help or act smart, di court go give consequential orders against dem.
Di warning come after PDP lawyer, Chief Chris Uche (SAN), complain say di order dey hold di party down and beg di court to fast-track di case. Justice Omotosho promise say judgment go come before end of October so everybody go know di way forward before di planned convention for Ibadan on November 15 and 16.
“You and I sabi law well. Once matter enter court, nobody suppose act on top am again until court talk finish,” di judge warn. “Anybody wey try overreach di court go face di law proper.”
Di judge also talk say he dey type him judgments by himself to make sure say no delay go happen.
Meanwhile, di judge don fix October 20 for di proper hearing of di case wey three PDP members — Austin Nwachukwu (Imo PDP chairman), Amah Abraham Nnanna (Abia PDP chairman), and Turnah Alabh George (PDP South-South secretary) — carry come court.

Justice Omotosho order say make all parties submit and exchange their documents before October 17 to make di hearing quick and smooth.
