NLC Acting Secretary-General, Benson Upah, reveal dis one, saying di Congress still dey stand gidigba with all di unions for university, polytechnic and college of education wey never see solution to dia wahala since.
Last month, NLC bin give government 30 days to fix di gbege for tertiary institutions, including unpaid allowances, poor funding, welfare matter and ongoing industrial crisis.
Upah talk say, “As we promise before and as part of our commitment to support unions for tertiary sector, di appropriate organs of Congress go meet to decide di next line of action.”
As di ultimatum don finish, people for education sector dey fear say another nationwide strike fit show face soon.
