PDP NEC, Turaki interim leadership, 2027 election guidelines, PDP crisis don dominate political space as Peoples Democratic Party National Executive Committee faction wey loyal to Seyi Makinde don appoint new interim leaders and release timetable for 2027 elections.
During the 103rd NEC meeting wey hold, party appoint Kabiru Tanimu Turaki as Interim National Chairman and Toafeek Arapaja as National Secretary, alongside other members of interim National Working Committee.
According to reports, the meeting wey Board of Trustees (BoT) support, get attendance of two-thirds of NEC members, and dem swear in the new executives immediately after appointment.
