For di court paper wey dem file as FHC/ABJ/CS/2212025, Ewhrudjakpo talk say some people dey pressure Bayelsa Assembly members to remove am because e no gree resign from di Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) like di governor, Douye Diri, wey recently commot from di party.
E also claim say some local government chairmen, including Mrs. Alice Tange of Sagbama LGA, dey face sack threat because dem still remain for PDP.
For di hearing wey happen on October 27, Justice Emeka Nwite order all di defendants to show face for court to explain why di interim order wey Ewhrudjakpo dey ask for no go hold.
Di Deputy Gov, through im lawyer, Reuben Egwuaba, dey ask di court make e stop any attempt by di defendants to impeach am or start impeachment meeting based on say e no wan defect go All Progressives Congress (APC).
Ewhrudjakpo also dey ask di court make e stop di IGP, di SSS DG and Bayelsa Attorney General from removing im security protection or appointing any APC person to replace am as Deputy Governor before im four-year tenure end.
