Di new move wey di Communist Party Central Committee approve go make cross-border waka between China and other countries easy, and help build better relationship with foreign partners.

Before now, di visa-free arrangement suppose end for December 2025 for most countries, but di new update don carry am go extra one year.

As part of di expansion, China don add Sweden join di countries wey fit enter without visa, starting from November 10, 2025, till December 31, 2026.

Right now, China don give visa-free access to people from about 50 countries, and anybody wey hold ordinary passport fit stay up to 30 days for business, tourism, or cultural waka.

Countries wey dey enjoy di visa-free privilege include Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Croatia, Chile, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Norway, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Kuwait, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Japan, Malta, Estonia, Latvia, Peru, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Slovenia, South Korea, Switzerland, Slovakia, Netherlands, and Uruguay.

For April 2025, China and Malaysia sign mutual visa-free agreement as part of plan to tighten their relationship. Di agreement happen during President Xi Jinping visit Malaysia, where e meet King Sultan Ibrahim Iskandar and Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.

According to China Ministry of Culture and Tourism, about 27 million foreigners visit China for 2024, wey be 96 percent increase compared to di year before.

Right now, Chinese passport holders fit enter over 90 countries without visa or get visa on arrival, and about 55 countries fit also do visa-free transit through China.

China say di new policy go help boost tourism, encourage business waka, and make travel easy between China and di rest of di world.
