The Federal Government don order make 47 Federal Unity Colleges for different parts of the country shut down immediately as security wahala don dey rise well-well.
Dem announce the directive for one circular wey come out on Friday, where government warn say security risk don increase for many regions and e dey important to protect students and staff before bad thing happen.
According to the circular, Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, don give full approval for the closure. The document come carry the signature of Binta Abdulkadir, Director of Senior Secondary Education, wey sign on behalf of the minister.
Government don tell all the principals of the affected schools make dem close down without delay until dem get another instruction.
The closure dey come at a time wey attacks on schools and insecurity for many states don increase. FG say na better make dem take precaution than to allow any avoidable incident wey fit endanger students and teachers.
Government say dem go continue to monitor the matter and release more updates soon.
