She yarn dis one for statement wey her media aide, Dr Magnus Eze, drop for Monday, ahead of one workshop wey go happen for Enugu on October 28, 2025.
Di ECOWAS Trade Liberalisation Scheme (ETLS) workshop na joint waka between di Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Enugu State Government. Na di scheme wey ECOWAS start since 1979 to help make trade for West Africa easy and free without paying duty.
Odumegwu-Ojukwu talk say Nigeria get about 3,146 companies and over 6,000 products already registered under di scheme, but plenty people still no sabi how to join or take benefit from am.
She say di Enugu workshop go teach business people how to apply, wetin dem need to get Certificate of Origin, and how dem fit enjoy free trade across di 15 ECOWAS countries.
She add say di matter go help small business owners, women traders, exporters and local manufacturers reduce cost and create more work.
Di event wey theme be “Increasing Intra-Regional Trade through ETLS” go get support from groups like MAN, NACCIMA and exporters association. Governor Peter Mbah go host di event for Enugu International Conference Centre, while Odumegwu-Ojukwu go lead di discussion.
