As Team Appsolute, the girls knack strong competitors from Japan, Spain, Canada and Peru blow, collect the gold for the final.
This year Technovation Challenge — wey be the biggest tech entrepreneurship program for girls between 8–18 years for the whole world — carry over 33,000 girls from 117 countries, over 11,000 finish the program, and dem design more than 3,200 tech solutions.
Their mentor, Somkenechukwu Mamah, founder of Code Ambassadors Academy, hail the victory say e na breakthrough for Africa.
“This win show say innovation no get age or boundary. Akachukwu and Ifunanya don prove say African youths fit compete and win for world level,” na so e talk.
The small champs get their training for Code Ambassadors Academy — one STEM school wey don train over 7,000 Nigerian children for coding, robotics, AI and design. Dem thank their mentor and their parents for the solid support.
