Adedeji still reveal say from January 2026, FIRS go change name as part of new structure to modernise taxation for the country.
He add say even though some foreign countries dey collect up to 50% tax, for Nigeria, after all deductions, big earners no go pay pass 25% of wetin dem make.
He conclude say without solid tax system, Nigeria no fit build better roads, schools and other infrastructure.
