According to di petition wey dem file on September 22, 2025, through lawyer Deji Adeyanju, Sowore allege say Wike and him wife, Justice Eberechi Suzette Nyesom-Wike, wey dey Court of Appeal, secretly buy three big lakeside property for Winter Springs, Florida. Di property dey worth more than $6 million. Reports talk say later, dem sharply transfer am give their pikin under wetin Sowore call “questionable arrangement.”
Sowore legal team yan say since 1999 wey Wike dey government position, e never get any known private hustle wey fit justify such plenty property. Dem accuse am say na through Florida e dey wash corruption money. Dem still add say as FCT Minister, Wike don dey share prime Abuja land give e sons through front companies and proxies.
Di petition beg Florida government make dem use Florida Money Laundering Act and Forfeiture Act seize di property, arrest who dey involved and punish dem well. Dem also dey call make U.S. government place visa ban on Wike, as part of America anti-corruption fight.
