Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Tinubu on Community Engagement for South-East, Mrs Chioma Wesley, don yarn say the President no go put hand for Nnamdi Kanu court matter because e still dey judiciary level.
She talk this one after she brief Tinubu for Aso Villa on Thursday. According to her, the President dey respect rule of law and no go talk anything wey fit affect the court decision.
She talk say, “Nnamdi Kanu case still dey court, and President Tinubu no fit make any statement on top am. Him dey obey rule of law, so we go wait make the court decide.”
This one come as people don dey call make government release Nnamdi Kanu from DSS custody. Kanu bin first get arrest in 2015, come collect bail for 2017 before him waka comot Nigeria after military operation for him hometown, Afaraukwu for Abia State.
DSS re-arrest am again for June 2021 and since that time, he still dey for detention as him case dey continue for Federal High Court Abuja.
Wesley come assure say Tinubu administration go continue to respect court process and uphold justice for all Nigerians.
