He remind dem say Wike bin give 14-day grace period since May 26 after President Bola Tinubu intervene, but plenty people still no answer.
Olayinka talk say the ministry also publish notice for September for national newspapers and online platforms, give people 30 days to pay ₦5m penalty and other fees for land use change and conversion.
Another final warning come out for property owners for Asokoro, Maitama, Garki and Wuse, give dem 14 days to fix dia documents.
Now, enforcement go start fully from Wednesday, November 26, and FCTA say anybody wey never pay or register property matter go face wahala — including sealing of property, penalty fines or even revocation.
He add say anybody wey buy house but never register am properly must hurry do am now before FCTA team reach the place.
