  1. JAMB adjusts arrival time for 2026 UTME candidates as Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board announce new time to make things easier and safer for students.

According to the board, candidates wey get first session now go arrive their exam centres by 7:00am, instead of the earlier 6:30am.

JAMB still confirm say the exam go start by 8:30am and end by 10:30am for first session.

The board explain say the adjustment come after complaints from candidates and parents about the stress and danger of travelling very early in the morning.

JAMB also release full timetable wey include four different sessions from Monday to Friday, all arranged to make the exam run smoothly across CBT centres nationwide.

The 2026 UTME go start from April 16 and end on April 25, as thousands of candidates prepare for the nationwide exam.

This new change go help reduce stress, improve safety and make it easier for candidates to reach their centres on time.
