Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, lead Nigeria delegation for di signing, while Chairman of Abu Dhabi Ports Group, Mohamed Hassan, represent di company management.
Director General and CEO of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr Dayo Mobereola, also attend di event.
