Di story follow news wey dey circulate for social media say some men wey wear black, dey drive two unmarked Hilux vans without number plates, dey pursue Yerima for Abuja. According to di reports, di chase start around 6:30 p.m. from NIPCO filling station for Kubwa Expressway and continue reach Gado Nasco Way.
E be say Yerima escape di men with “strategic manoeuvre” during high-speed chase. Di reports still link di alleged attack to im recent wahala with FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, over disputed land for Abuja.
For Sunday night statement, FCT Police Command spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, talk say di claim na pure lie and nothing like dat happen for di FCT. SP Adeh also urge people make dem dey vigilant and report any suspicious activities to di nearest police station.
