Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan don enter “no guilty” plea as her trial begin today for FCT High Court, Maitamaunder Justice Chizoba Oji.
Government dey accuse the senator say she talk some things wey fit damage another person reputation. Dem carry the matter under Section 391 of Penal Code wey punishment dey for Section 392.
Before now, court don give Natasha ₦50m bail with one surety.
The case first land court since May 16, 2025, and Natasha na the only defendant wey dey inside.
But no be only this one dey ground. For another case before Justice Mohammed Umar of Federal High Court, Abuja, Natasha still dey face six charges for alleged criminal defamation and cyberbullying.
